    这些迷你挞是分开制作的,前一天捏挞皮,做了食谱的双倍分量,成品共110个。挞饼烤好了收入盒子备用(没有冷藏 ),隔天准备奶油蛋糊(custard)再装饰,这样就完成了朋友的订单。剩下的就用芝士蓝莓烤了就成了老公喜爱的甜点啦有趣的是,恩喜欢单吃挞饼,就留了几个kosong的给他当饼干吃 :)芝士糊烤得有点过了,其实只要烤到表面不粘手即可,出炉后余温会使底部的芝士糊慢慢熟成。 有网友询问食谱,所以特别再次记录分享,这是我一做即爱上的挞皮配方,取自,来自Okashi。 挞皮材料: 140克无盐奶油70克糖粉(过筛)260克低筋面粉(过筛),20克杏仁粉,适量盐 40克 蛋1小匙香草精 做法:把奶油,糖粉,过筛的粉料放入搅拌机内,混匀成粒状。 加入蛋和香草精,拌成面团,用保鲜膜包好,冷藏半小时。 拿适量面团,放入挞模里,将面团捏压至挞模边缘,修边。 用叉子刺些洞洞在挞上。送入预热烤箱180度,烘烤15分钟。 芝士馅料: 125g奶油芝士cream cheese,30g幼糖,10g无盐奶油1个蛋(50g)适量蓝莓果酱 做法:将芝士,糖和奶油搅拌至滑。
