    其实我不大爱吃面,从小到大如果情况所逼的话我也只会选择吃炒面和印度炒面,其他有汤的我一概不碰。可是口味会随着年纪而改变,从我一开始比较排斥意大利面到现在可以慢慢接受各种口味,也只是这一两年的事情。想当年,我就是在吃了那一盘我很惊艳的意面后,我就慢慢接受这个东西,然后再尝试把这东西带到我的厨房来。我发现如果晚餐懒惰煮的话,意大利面是很好的选择。在假期里面,我就煮了全家人吃的番茄酱意大利面,把味道调到自己喜欢的(因为我和老公不大喜欢番茄),还真的让他吃得津津有味呢!在那么短的时间里面会煮两次是前所未有,本来计划了跟月光吃晚餐,不过因为老公不舒服而改变计划,自己煮然后也把月光请来家里吃。我一直对Pasta和Spaghetti很混淆,不知道如何区分,今天上网谷歌了一下,答案马上一目了然,真的是好助手,呵呵。Pasta 是一种意大利食品,这种食品之下有各种菜式,依照「面条形状」的不同,各种菜式各取了一个名字,如「Spaghetti (圆管面)」、「Macaroni (通心粉)」、「Lasagne (千层面)」等等。這些名称各異的菜式仍然是 Pasta。Pasta 是意大利食物中的一个大项,这些菜式则是 Pasta下的小项。因为上个星期才煮了茄酱意面,那这一次玩新的东西吧,就来个白酱如何?上网大概看了做法,材料可以自己喜欢,做法也非常简单。菇菇是我的最爱,所以当然有它上榜,我买了一盒Brown Button Mushroom,火腿、黑胡椒口味的热狗和花椰菜。菇菇切薄片、热狗和火腿切小片备用。今早买了这两罐白酱,其实里面已经调好味道了,我基本上什么都不需要加。谢谢家的做法,助了我一臂之力。简单材料:Prego 牌子的Carbonara酱、Brown Button Mushroom,火腿、黑胡椒口味的热狗、花椰菜、蒜米、橄榄油、清水做法:1)首先煮半锅热沸水,加点橄榄油入锅内,放入意大利面中火慢煮。2)我买的是小条面,所以只是大概煮个5分钟,不过我会先拿一条起来咬,还硬的话继续煮,如果ok了就捞上来。3)捞起已熟的意面、滤干水,倒些橄榄油入面条(防止黏成一团),用筷子捞均匀,备用。4)用烫意面的热水继续穿烫花椰菜,捞起滤水,备用。5)在平底锅放点牛油先炒香菇菇,然后拿起备用。(如果罐装蘑菇就不需要这样做,因为我觉得这种生蘑菇一定要用牛油炒过才会香)6)同样的平底锅倒入一些油,爆香蒜米,接着加入全部的配料(热狗、火腿、菇菇),翻炒到有点微焦。7)倒入酱汁,我觉得太过浓稠,所以加了点水,待酱汁煮至沸腾 ,熄火。8)最后把煮好的酱汁淋在意大利面上,排入花椰菜,即可享用。这一盘意面得到老公和月光的好评,我自己也觉得很喜欢(卖花赞花香),哈哈哈!
